1. Service Overview: Edellin Home Services Inc. (hereafter called Edellin) specializes in home appliance repair service for customers who require help in repairing their home use appliances.
2. Service Scope: Edellin offers all aspects of home appliance repair solutions concerning all the kitchen and washing appliances such as fridges, washing machines, dryers, ovens, dishwashers and others. The range of service delivery is restricted to service repair and; maintenance.
3. Scheduling and Appointments: Home appliances can only be repaired after the customer has contacted Edellin through their approved routes and set an appointment. There could also be charges for the terminated appointment in that one has to pay before getting a new appointment, especially if this was done with less than 24 hours to the appointment time.
4. Service Charges and Estimates: This customer agrees that any charges for services shall be made in respect of labour, and any parts that were damaged and require replacement. Edellin will give a clear quotation before undertaking any repair work. The customer will be required to pay the specified charges after work to be done has been accomplished.
5. Payment Terms: Clients are expected to clear their bills once repairs for their home appliances have been effected. Edellin readily allows payments of cash, credit and debit card, and any other electronic form of payment.
6. Warranty: There is a Warranty on labour for 7 days and a Warranty on parts fitted to the repair which are different. The warranty period starts from the time the repair of the vehicle is complete. The warranty that Safar is extending only deals with workmanship and the raw materials that were used; it does not address incidents that occur after the product left the manufacturing line, such as when a consumer uses a blender for some wrong purposes, or when a blender has been tampered with by someone else.
7. Customer Responsibilities: Customers in this model are expected to detail the information on the appliance that requires service. It also remains the customer’s duty to confirm that there will be a responsible adult at the agreed appointment time. If there is incorrect or fake information provided the client may be charged more.
8. Limitation of Liability: Edellin does not take any responsibility for any special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or the inability to use the repaired appliance. To such, the customer agrees that Edellin shall be liable for the repair cost only without any further claims.
9. Termination of Service: In addition to this Edellin can terminate the service by a technician refusing the appliance in question to be repairable, or as a result of the customer’s conduct that may be considered unsafe or hostile.
9. Termination of Service: Edellin has the right not to serve if according to the technician opinion, the appliance cannot be repaired or if the client disposition is unsafe or abusive.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructively of the laws of the jurisdiction mentioned herein. All issues concerning and related to these terms and conditions shall be governed and shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with and any disputes and matters arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be exclusively addressed in the courts.
Below are the following terms and conditions that will apply at anytime a customer wishes to access the services of Edellin for home appliance repair. Edellin is entitled to alter these terms as it wishes and customers shall always be notified of such alterations.
